I am in contact with the support, but I have no idea if that's an issue with the docker image, or something else. Topology view in the controller is worse than useless and as you found shows devices in the wrong place. If you havent done any changes to default config of the integration the phone should show up automatically when visible to the UniFi Controller, automatically when visible to the UniFi Controller.
